Runs & logs

Every run shows a step timeline: plan, browser actions, MCP calls, approvals and notes. Each entry includes the tool, input summary, output summary, latency and credit cost.

Screenshots, extracted files and structured outputs attach to their step. Artifacts are stored outside the database and referenced by key; downloads are access-checked.

Run logs are retained for 90 days by default; artifacts for 30 days. Business and Scale plans can configure longer retention. Deleted data is unrecoverable.

Failed runs record the exact error plus a screenshot of the page state. Common causes: session expired mid-run, selector drift on a redesigned site, or a step hitting its budget.
