1. Create your account
Sign up at runpilots.com/signup. You start with the $10 Starter plan — 2 connected accounts, 5 scheduled flights and 2,000 credits per month.
2. Connect an account
Open Dashboard → Accounts → Connect account. Pick the platform and give it a label. A secure live browser opens inside your dashboard; log in normally, including 2FA, then click “I’m done”.
Run Pilots captures the session, encrypts it, and marks the account connected. You never paste cookies or share passwords.
3. Create a flight
Open Dashboard → Flights → New flight. Describe the job in plain English, for example: “Post tomorrow’s blog link to X at 9am with a short hook.”
Pick the target account, choose a schedule (once, interval, cron or manual), and set a step and credit budget.
4. Choose tools and run
Bind a tool collection to scope what the agent may use. Keep the default for plain browser work, or add MCP tools for richer integrations.
Save the flight and press Run now. Watch the live run, approve any step that needs a human, and check the timeline when it finishes.
