What you may and may not do with Run Pilots. This document is a good-faith starting point. It must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your entity and jurisdiction before you rely on it.
Prohibited uses
No spam, mass unsolicited messaging, fake engagement, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, harassment, or violating platform terms. No scraping of personal data without a lawful basis. No bypassing authentication, paywalls, CAPTCHAs or rate limits.
Rate and volume limits
Flights must respect the rate limits of the platforms they touch. Run Pilots enforces plan-level concurrency limits and may add per-flight throttles.
Enforcement
Violations may result in flight suspension, account suspension, or termination, with notice where practical. Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant platform or authority.
