Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-05

Draft template — pending legal review by counsel before launch.

These terms govern your use of Run Pilots (the "Service"), operated by [ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). This document is a good-faith starting point. It must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your entity and jurisdiction before you rely on it.

1. The service

Run Pilots lets you connect third-party accounts and run automated browser flights on schedules you control. You direct the agent; you remain responsible for everything it does on your behalf.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your Run Pilots credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Customer accounts and third-party platforms

You represent that you have the right to use every third-party account you connect and that your use complies with those platforms’ terms. We provide tooling; you own the compliance question.

4. Subscriptions, credits and payment

Plans bill in advance monthly. Credits are consumed by usage as described in the docs and are non-transferable. Payments are processed by Creem and Cashfree under their respective terms.

5. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. Prohibited conduct includes spam, fraud, harassment, scraping personal data at scale, and circumventing rate limits or access controls.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or fail to pay. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms with notice for material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], with disputes subject to the courts of [VENUE].
