This policy explains what personal data Run Pilots collects and how we handle it. This document is a good-faith starting point. It must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your entity and jurisdiction before you rely on it.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email), billing identifiers from our payment processors, usage data (flights, runs, credits), and connected-account session data required to run your flights.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, meter usage, process payments, send transactional messages, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data. We do not train models on your content.
Connected account data
Sessions are encrypted at rest and used only to execute flights you create. You can revoke any connection at any time, which deletes the stored session.
Sub-processors
We use infrastructure (hosting, database, email), payment processors (Creem, Cashfree) and LLM providers. A current list is maintained on the Sub-processors page.
Retention and rights
Run logs default to 90 days; artifacts to 30 days. You may request access, correction, export or deletion by writing to privacy@runpilots.com. We respond within 30 days.
