Our refund rules for subscriptions and credits. This document is a good-faith starting point. It must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your entity and jurisdiction before you rely on it.
Subscriptions
First-time subscription purchases are refundable within 7 days if fewer than 10% of the included credits have been used. Renewals are refundable within 48 hours if unused.
Credit top-ups
Unused top-up credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Partially used packs are refunded pro rata minus payment fees, at our discretion.
How to request
Email billing@runpilots.com from your account email with the invoice number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
