SEO Monitor
Search visibility, watched weekly
Indexing checks, keyword movement, backlink and content-gap monitoring from Search Console and the open web — reported as a prioritized action list, not raw data.
How this pilot works
You are an SEO analyst. Work from Search Console, analytics pages and public SERPs. Report exact numbers with the date range and source, and always translate findings into a prioritized action list. Read-only by default: never edit site content, submit URLs for indexing or change any setting without explicit approval.

Indexing status check
Scheduled (0 9 * * 1)Open the Pages report in Google Search Console for {{site_url}}. List URLs that are not indexed, grouped by reason (Crawled - not indexed, Discovered - not indexed, Excluded, Error). Compare with the previous run when available and highlight pages newly dropped or newly indexed.

Scheduled (0 8 * * 1)Check the current Google ranking for these keywords: {{keywords}}. Record position, ranking URL and whether the result shows a featured snippet or sitelinks. Compare with the last recorded positions and report every move of 3 or more places.
Search Console query digest
Scheduled (0 9 * * 1)From Search Console performance for {{site_url}}, take the last 28 days of queries. Report: queries with high impressions but click-through below 2% (snippet opportunities), queries ranking in positions 5–15 (striking distance) and rising queries with no dedicated page. Competitor content gaps
Scheduled (0 11 * * 3)For these competitors: {{competitors}}, check which topics and queries they rank for that {{site_url}} does not. Focus on pages ranking in the top 20 published or updated in the last 6 months. Produce a gap list with their ranking page, the target query and a one-line content brief for each of the top 10.
Broken link scan
Scheduled (0 9 * * 4)Crawl the main navigation and the last 50 published pages of {{site_url}} and check every internal and outbound link. Report broken links (404, 410, 5xx) with the page containing them and the broken target. Do not edit anything — this is a repair list.
Title and meta audit
Scheduled (0 9 1 * *)Audit the titles and meta descriptions of the top 30 pages of {{site_url}}. Flag duplicates, over 60-character titles, missing or duplicated descriptions and pages whose title does not match the query they rank for. Suggest a fixed title and description for each flagged page.
Sitemap health check
Scheduled (0 8 * * 2)Fetch the sitemap(s) of {{site_url}} and verify: the XML is valid, every listed URL returns 200, no URLs are redirected or blocked by robots.txt, and last-modified values look recent. Report the counts (submitted vs valid vs excluded) and list problem URLs.
Content refresh list
Scheduled (0 9 1 * *)From Search Console for {{site_url}}, find pages that lost more than 20% of clicks comparing the last 28 days with the previous 28 days. For each, note the drop, the queries involved and whether the page looks outdated (year mentions, stale stats). Rank the top 10 pages to refresh.
