No. Run Pilots drives a real browser with your logged-in session, so flights work even where APIs are closed, rate-limited or expensive.
How are my accounts protected?+
Login happens in a hosted browser you watch live. Session data is encrypted with per-record AES-256-GCM keys and never leaves our vault in plain text.
What happens when a session expires?+
We check sessions on a schedule, flag accounts that need attention, and notify you to re-login with a single click.
What is an MCP server?+
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard for giving AI tools. Run Pilots connects to public and private MCP servers so your flights can use the tools you already trust.
Can I review what an agent will do?+
Yes. Plans are step-by-step, risky actions can require approval, and every run keeps a full log with screenshots.
Is browser automation allowed by the platforms?+
Platforms differ; some restrict automation. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and agree to their terms. We provide guardrails, rate limits and transparency.
Billing
What is a credit?+
Credits meter usage: LLM tokens, browser minutes and MCP tool calls. 100 credits = $1. Every plan includes a monthly credit grant.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Runs stop at your credit cap rather than overspending. Buy a top-up pack or upgrade; both apply instantly.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Which payment methods work?+
Global cards and wallets through Creem; UPI, netbanking and Indian cards through Cashfree.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Monthly plan credits roll over for one billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.
Is there a free trial?+
Starter at $10 is designed as the entry point, and first-time subscriptions are refundable within 7 days (see Refund Policy).
